Kia Niro: Back View Camera System / Repair procedures

Removal

In case of bad quality or poor focus, be sure to check the camera lense surface condition and foreign materials.

1.	Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2.	Remove the tailgate trim. (Refer to Body - "Tailgate Trim")

3.	Remove the rear wiper motor. (Refer to Rear Wiper/Washer - "Rear Wiper Motor")

4.	Loosen the rear view camera mountiong nut (A).

5.	Remove the rear view camera assembly (B) after removing the rear view camera pad (A).

Installation

1.	Install the back view camera assembly.

2.	Install the back view camera pad.

3.	Install the rear wiper motor.

4.	Install the tailgate trim.

5.	Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
