Kia Niro: Fuel Delivery System / Filler-Neck Assembly Repair procedures

Removal
1.

Open the fuel filler door.

2.

Switch "OFF" the ignition and disconnect the negative (-) terminal of the auxiliary 12V battery.

3.

Remove the filler-neck assembly mounting bolt (A).

4.

Lift the vehicle.

5.

Remove the rear-LH wheel, tire, and the inner wheel house (A).

6.

Disconenct the fuel filler hose (A) and leveling hose (B).

7.

Disconnect the ventilation tube quick-connector (C).

8.

Remove the filler-neck assembly (B) after loosening the mounting bolt (A).

Installation
1.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
