Kia Niro: Air Conditioning System / Evaporator Temperature Sensor Repair procedures

Inspection
1.

Switch "OFF" the ignition.

2.

Disconnect the evaporator temperature sensor connector.

3.

Measure the resistance between positive (+) and negative (-) terminals of the evaporator temperature sensor.

1. Evaporator sensor (+)
2. Sensor ground

Replacement
1.

Remove the evaporator core.

(Refer to Air Conditioner - "Evaporator Core".)

2.

Remove the evaporator temperature sensor (A).

3.

Install in the reverse order of removal..
