Troubleshooting

Fault code	Fail description	Remedy
60	Compressor CAN signal fault	1. Check HV, LV connector connection. 2. Check LV connector pin condition. 3. Check vehicle inverter fuse condition. 4. A/C ON then check compressor operation. 5. If it does not operate, replace compressor.
61	Compressor operation state error received
62	Low voltage	1. Check HV connector connection. 2. Check vehicle inverter fuse condition. 3. Check voltage level of high voltage battery. 4. A/C ON then check compressor operation. 5. If it does not operate, replace compressor.
63	High voltage	1. Identify vehicle model on compressor. 2. Check voltage level of high voltage battery. 3. A/C ON then check compressor operation. 4. If it does not operate, replace compressor.
65	Overheat protection	1. Check heating object in engine room. 2. Check A/C system for defects. 3. After 20 minutes, IG ON and A/C ON then check compressor operation. 4. If it does not operate, replace compressor.
67	Over current protection	1. Check cooling fan operation. 2. Check AAF(Active Air Flap) for short circuit. 3. After 20 minutes, IG ON and A/C ON then check compressor operation. 4. If it does not operate, replace compressor.
69	Missed restart
70	Over torque protection
71	A/C on Operating Permission Not Received	1. Check the BMS. 2. Check the high voltage wiring shorted.
72	A/C Compressor Permission Power Not Received	1. Check the BMS. 2. Check the high voltage wiring shorted.
68	Current Measurement Error	1. If it does not operate, replace compressor. 2. Check vehicle inverter fuse condition.
78	Compressor Interlock Circuit OPEN
